Kneading time is adjustable at 5 variable settings(5mins, 7mins, 9mins, 13minsand 15mins), just press twice “dough” button with left light flash for timeselection.
Fermenting for leaven dough on 40 C and time is adjustable from 15mins up to 105mins, just press twice “ferment” button with right light flash for timeselection.
Kneading & fermenting function can be adjust together with respectively timeselection, machine will complete kneading operation and continue fermentingautomatically.
Stop function can be operated at any time during the process.
